I forgot one more option. WTF could extend the offer like they did today.
WTF now have an interest in just under 60% of TVL stock. Just under 20% are owned by AOT and the rest is owned by skunks like me who are waiting for some more increased price action.
If AOT sells then WTF gets over the 75% and the offer is then unconditional. If they don't get to 75% then the offer doesn't succeed and the acceptances by shareholders will be null and void. WTF's interest then goes back to just under 20% and we are back to square one.
I would be interested to know what AOT's plans are. They have been very quiet while all of this has been happening.
