    WTF charges 12% commission and Expedia charges 15% commission, and guess what, Expedia is more popular. People pay for the convenience. Part of the reason Expedia is taking over WTF is to jack commission up to 15% and reap the difference. Add that $100m cash on the balance sheet this 25% premium is crazily low.
