Hard to say on where the low will be but I am looking for a slowing of shorts against historical lows as my cue. I will also look to see if the substantial holders are taking up more low SP value. The bear market turn has encouraged shorters as has one low month production figure (that is in line with normal fluctuations around this time of year). This will create a bit of oversell in my opinion.
If you look back to early 2016 there was some support in the low to mid 40c range with little or no shorting action so if it goes below 50c it may get there. If the big Instos come in before that I think that will be the floor. I will certainly be tempted below 50c.
Any charting guns want to chime in?
