well obviously the new ceo is not sitting on his arse doing nothing...he wants action and he's getting it.. also par is obviously well undervalued and certainly overdue for an upward CORRECTION.. big time...lots of investors have been stung out there recently ... so their computer alerts are focused on these types of shares where they can get some of their money back... they will be the ones coming after par now... and the rest will follow for fear of missing out...
