I figure the company doesn't care, they got their $40M raise away and did the right thing by offering existing holders a bite. But when combined with a pending 1 for 25, there was always a chance the share price would plunge (though I wish I had foreseen it myself). It'll be at least six months before they need more capital and by then a lot of unknowns will be known.
