That's called a reverse TO for the purpose of a free listing, cash and then cash raised for "working capital"
Can't wait to see who the directors will be !!!!
At least we can book the tax loss once they have re-listed
Anyone engineering that sort of deal appears as trustworthy - at first glance - as the previous directors.
I most certainly will keep a close on this to see who they are
not just that: read the whole thing they will get a free ASX...
