yeah but why wouldn't they wait for permit announcement then sell? Whats a month or two? Could be worth >$1.00 once permit arrives (or not), and if anyone would know if its a give in surely it would be them....Just the timing i can't get, but i guess if they need capital for the new venture then it is what it is...I just think drip feeding into the market with their sizable holdings would be a very inefficient way to optimize their position especially given the buy-side is still quite thin.

Anyways, i'm a terrible investor so what would i know.
