They seem to be doing SFA.
The J/V Co stated in the Ann of 16/2 that certain things will be achieved prior to end Feb, which would have resulted in Announcements being made, generating some interest. The market frowns upon Co's that cant execute as it either smacks of incompetence or they have something to hide.
