They don't care as previously mentioned when they have such a large holding to sell down of between 5.4 to 8.5 million shares.
I personally don't think it would be the two owners.
Its more likely a fund manager hidden as 3rd or 4th largest holder in the stock under one of the nominee custodian accounts at either BNP or JP Morgan.
My best guess given the volume is they have completed maybe 2.5mioish so far. Maybe 1/2 of it done.
Just a guess.
I am going to buy more if it goes lower as I am a longer term holder as well.
