My best guess now is they got rid of 2.8mio shares.
The broker does not show himself and periodically hits the bid like such as at at lunch time when the price went down to $2.105.
Were no where near the supposed 5.4mio to 8.5mio range yet (as per recent annual report of top 4 shareholders holdings)!
