The stock is nearly selling for its net tangible assets. It's obvious that Bill is in it for the 'empire building' and not for creating value for shareholders. It's his personal sandpit, we won't see a cent of that cash. It will be used to prop up the ailing business or to fund an acquisition to try to recoup lost revenues.
