    So Morgan Stanley’s oversupply mantra has slowed and is slowing EV take up because there is less supply of EV lithium due to a fear of oversupply resulting in less funding for new mines and for EV rollouts and this helps the fossil fuel industry. Yet Volvo, BMW and others are planning on big EV rollouts. Planning.
