    I think the market is factoring Didipio shut down
    I know I am as I cant see them getting a 25 year licence.
    I think fair value is $3 in that case.
    The market rarely trades any stock at fair value.
    They are either oversold or trading at inflated value.
    I expect the SP will go a lot lower when announced.
    before rebounding..I traded out recently and will keep an eye on the SP.
