I was wondering If anyone knows if OGC have Political Risk Insurance over their Philippines operations?
I hold another Gold company in Thailand that did, and now subsequently have been paid out their insurance, as well as the insurance company is now taking the thai goverment to the australian free trade agreement arbitration in hope to settle their losses.

This would be good if we were in the same situation and things wouldn't be so bleak!!
