On top the UK need to roll out infrastrucutre for 25 million changing point. At average cost of $1000 per points. That is $25billion in new infrastructures up grade. But this is not a huge amount over 15 years. Anyway it means nothing for the Bowland shale venture because we cant extract any gas anyway.
