However, it was also always a safety valve to have another shareholder in C. It prevented Kerogen to absorb the C shares from AJL directly, in a refinancing round. in case AJL wanted to sell shares in C, Riverstone had right of first refusal (or similar). That mechanism has now disappeared. luckily the Oz ops (what is left of it) are money generating. So, lets all stay on board, and play this one out till the end.
The leverage of any positive development in the UK is now very high. It is not extremely likely to happen any time soon, bit if it is the impact will launch the shareprice into space!
