    Not to speak for C4....but I for one see this latest news as a strong positive, another step in slowly but surely reducing the 'risk' element of this stock....and yet again....the market barely takes notice. Madness.

    Provided that there are no major hiccups along the way...more news like this and eventually the market WILL notice....it'll have no choice but to.
