Kind of agree but his base salary of 400k is reasonable. Would you prefer we pay the CEO 250-300k and only attract mediocre talent? This will be the start of his 4th year as CEO so in my opinion its make or break this year. His third year went sideways due to Covid like everyone's so I give him a pass for last year. He needs to prove his worth this year and start delivering for shareholders.
