Thats not quite true tinyboat, the telco has to stay competitive and keep costs down. Doing the same old same is not always the best idea. Also telcos dont have to renew every battery in every station at once , its a rolling renewal that allows new tech to be trialled There is data still being collected from independent tests being completed if this was a biotech company wed still be in precommercialisation stage waiting for evidence and data to be published......but we are not
