WEC have done it right from the beginning. I.e. Board, Management, CSIRO, Bank Val. etc. Seems ESI have realised that their initial approach lacked credibility.
I truly hope that they make the relevant board changes before a deal is announced or finalised. It's a bit like horse before the cart. And then we may see some traction in the share price.
