I still think Uran is in the box seat in Ukraine given their development of relationships, the protocol, and the fact that they are miners (well - more than Toshiba/ Westinghouse are).
Heavy competition - with huge bucks and tie ins to nuclear plant building - is looming though, in a country that has stated it needs to ramp up both of these areas fast.
Coupled with the tungsten venture....hmmmm...
