every business will eventually have a HR platform ...it is only a matter of time ...from what i hear IHR is a compelling option I know that Elmo are watching them closely as see them a strong competitor what are they capped at 40 odd million with 10 million in bank no debt and that SAAS growing reoccurring revenue .....the only problem with then is their Brand is not well known like employment hero or elmo .....Sales and marketing and strategic alliances may be areas they need to work on imho

also I would like to understand if they have quality api,s to pushing data into MS active Directory ...the ability to sink your HR platform to MS active directory is a particularly important piece of the Digital workplace transformation agenda for sme's with 150 plus employees
