I’m glad you and others continue to be optimistic down here but I’m still seeing some red flags, the most recent is the options package at just 50% from vwap which is nuts considering where price is now and relation to the historical perform of the share price.

Why are they giving themselves 33M shares vesting into some soft pump news when they should be linked to to true performance and shareholder values, like unlocking a economical PFS for Cummins or even better perhaps, results from the new project showing similarities to WA1, a company they’ve mentioned multiple times.

Giant red flag IMO and almost 5% dilution for zero effort. If these guys were serious they’d be buying shares.
