Last weekend I was thinking about placebo effect and came across this Krismer et al (2022) review paper comparing UMSARS progression in natural history studies and placebo arms of RCTs. I'm not a stats guy and haven't looked deeply into each study, but what's encouraging I find is that the placebo effect looks low as placebo patients progress similar to natural history study patients in Table 2 - hopefully boding well for 201 read-out.
