To get mean of 1.7 for the 7 there must be clear space between the 3 early responders showing reversal, and the 4 non-responders - maybe something like 3.5 - 4 avg point progression for the 4 non-responders and around 1 point average reversal for the responders to get to 1.7. Just guestimates as no way of knowing behind the curtain, but exciting signs of efficacy.

And I can understand why Stamler was so happy with the brain volume, Myoinositol and NfL data showing that only these 2-3 clinical responders had stabilization/less worsening on these more objective scales - It corroborates nicely with the UMSARS patient/physician observations that drug is already having effect in some, not yet in others. Which is massive as its hints that drug actually works. Very small patient numbers at the moment so cautious around that, but like I said, very excited about more data coming in coming months and the potential of this stock.
