    Hmmm...Something else Phil failed to fill us in about... Where does AJ Lucas Constructions Pty Ltd fit into the sparse information (& $) flow regards the sale of the construction unit? How is this even legally possible? Appears from Annual Reports to have never been a subsidiary of listed AJL. Andy Lukas departed AJL in 2018 but has apparently been running AJ Lucas Constructions Pty Ltd since 1975. Has this been running parallel to AJL subsidiaries? In competition?
