Yeah, I don't think that the courts work on "hopefully". IF they get the escrow (and that is a BIG IF, they can't get interest or waste of time or interest - that is what escrow is. But, lets not joke ourselves.... The escrow will almost pay for the extra cash that Anchorage has given to SGH to be able to pay their bills, let alone the outstanding loans and interest.

As I said in my post, the only people (IMO) that have fleeced SGH investors is Grech, Skippen, etc.

If you can find some other evidence how Quindell/WTG pulled the wool over their eyes, I would love to see it.
