Well at the start i thought they knew their game, purely on the assumption that a hedge fund would understand everything properly, then after seeing the re-hashed deal i started having doubts, in fact ive posted since i think they've made a mistake, now with this wtg defense i'm thinking Anchorage has got a headache. So hyperthetically : As the claim is likely central to its plan, what do you think Anchorage's course of action will be when it reads this defense and thinks it's getting nothing but a big bill?
