When I read the original claim I must admit to a slight frisson of nervous adrenaline at some of the submissions and claims which SGH made. On reading the response, the nervous adrenaline turned to a chuckle of comfort.

The defence shows how utterly foolish and blinkered Grech has been throughout the entire process. As for not even filing their claim in the correct manner: it's laughable.
