Thanks Walking Eagle. It confirms my worst suspicions. You get the real story in these legal documents. Admittedly very bullish but no doubt closer to the truth. The claim has little chance of success imo and likewise any claims against the myriad of advisers who were hired . Still do not understand why Anchorage has been so generous with these people. $1.5 miillion package for AG in a year in which SGH was going down the gurgler for example.
Throughout , no respect shown shown to shareholders
