    I have just finished reading it....its damning.

    Grech and his entire team should hang their heads in utter shame. Not only for their incompetence, but also the stupidity to imagine that anyone would forget their overwhelming confidence in the DD carried out.

    The resulting damage to shareholders is a disgrace. I sincerely hope theyre taken to the cleaners for damages....
