There's no doubt in my mind that, in retrospect, AG did seem to be falling over himself to get the Quindell deal done - but everyone agrees that DD was supposed to have been done before the deal was finalised.
So how could it have gone so pear-shaped so quickly?
Not that an answer to that question will make any difference.
I sometimes wonder where are AG and Skippen are now and what do they do with their days.
And how the new owners are going to make a quid out of this.
I'm sure they was expecting a payout of the escrow - but I'm guessing that isn't as secure as it might have looked a few months ago.
