I can't seem to copy and paste any of the Pdf but page 66 when AG talking with BoAML may refresh some memories. Fancy being a qualified professional Lawyer in charge of a listed legal firm in the middle of a large purchase going on the record taking the piss out of professional accountancy firms like EY and PWC and dismissing their work as waffle.... " its very interesting what they think, but......"
To my mind the stupidity and arrogance from someone with AG's credentials is absolutely mind blowing, not only just for making these comments but to actually believe what he was saying by never requesting the full final PWC report which was printed and readily available if requested.......
I know i make unprofessional silly comments about Lawyers sometimes on HC and probably shouldn't but i have enough respect for them to never dismiss the work they do without reading it.
