    My understanding is that all files were available to review. 70 SGH in-house lawyers picked 8,000 at random to scrutinise over a ten week period.

    Let's do the math;

    Each lawyer reviewed slightly more then 114 files on average.
    10 weeks = 350 working hours
    Each file was reviewed in around 30 minutes on average.
