Yes it was pointed out the MB is an open CA and the financial compensation claimed will probably increase. I want to learn all I can about the claims made but some here aren't interested in factual information at all. Yesterday I posted a audio interview about actual claims made and someone replied it was old rehashed news. No post I know before or since contained information about the actual claims made by those who made them.
I would not underestimate MB they are the only firm in Australia at all to win a shareholders CA of more then $100M once let alone five times. MB has said to CA members "we expect this case to rival and most likely exceed the largest of those recoveries".
