    RE Buy Back,

AGO issued over 6 billion shares @ 0.0259 in consideration, when converting their debts,

to buy back @ over 0.0259 would be truly irresponsible.

This converted debt is 70% of the issued capital, and is rational to sell all the way down to 0.0259c, for the converted debt holders, in terms of recouping their initial loans.

AGO needs to create value, in order to make the underlying shares intrinsically worth more, which arguably they have.

This is the tug of war at the moment, and AGO will find it difficult to sustain meaningful share price gains with the anchor of lenders looking to recoup their loans.

To top it off there are a whole bunch of options @ 0.075 issued to those same lenders, so I can't see ANY possibility of the SP passing the 0.075 speed limit set by the options ex price.
