You can sell them on market at any time as long as there is a buyer, code IVRO. Price between now and then will depend on both the price of the shares (whether they are above or below the strike price and by how much) and "time premium" (look it up). You will have to do something before expiry though (either sell or convert them) as they will actually expire worthless on that day if they haven't been converted.
