Yes, because the termination wasn't pressed until the 23rd and the initial notice was in abeyance. Clearly there were confidentiality terms, which prevented announcement - per the last sentence. Effectively they could not say anything without risk of Keybridge pressing. They then have 90 days from the 23rd.
