Simple fact is that MEL needs funding to progress Odin development and that does not appear to be available from KBC despite the loan agreement. I can see MEL attaining alternate funding and distancing themselves from KBC. I think if anything was to come from the KBC termination notice it would have been announced this morning by KBC, which implies that MEL has the stronger legal footing.
