Time to rip the bandaid off - as soon as the KBC funny business started they should have commenced refinance …. It appears as though they sat on their hands for at least a couple of weeks …. Would have thought quickest/easiest option would have been to reengage with the debt advisor who they were dealing with a couple of months prior …. The lack of communication from the company is appalling
