Agreed either incredibly sloppy reporting or the writer has another MO.
The fact remains MEL need to put an announcement out pronto refuting the allegations and providing an update, it would seem counter intuitive that if all KBC wanted was repayment they would publicly flog MEL and its ability to remain a going concern as ultimately this could potentially cause the potential replacement funder to walk away.
This when combined with its recent moves with VEN looks like KBC are trying to secure the assets for a song.
MD/directors should be all over this with some sort of announcement noting its 9-55am in Perth - still no response or acknowledgment of my email to them this morning
