Clearly the current business (WTI & ezestream) is undervalued but why?
WTI under its previous structure (12 mths ago) was trading around 1-2p, now trading at 24p. Ezestream has been stuck on 10-12c for 24 mths without any other deal and is still 12c - why?
15000 rooms generating $40-50k cash mth prior to capex and growing. Its also a young business and has only hit growth in the last 6 mths, factoring in growth, they should meet the 18,600 room target and be further cash positive and ebit profitable. This being the case, WTI is worth 18c undiluted on its own, Ezestream's worth???
cheers
