The Dean, will there be a one way Presidential gate in case Trump needs an R&R break in Acapulco for Tequila and Tacos on the spur of the moment? Are there enough illegal aliens stateside to make all that cement?
Trump has said "It is impossible to do business with China. They've taken our money, our jobs. We can't continue to allow China to rape our country." They just replayed this on the morning news channel I was just watching - his policy solution to this is to impose a 45% tariff on Chinese goods. For all the rhetoric and bluster, this is going to happen.
How will the rare earth market respond to the coming trade war with China? Will PM manufacturers and the like be thinking about taking precautionary measures already with the only RE supplier outside China? You bet ya.
