However, as Amanda seems to be married to Chinese pricing of REOs, and China holds the price down, where does Lynas make any money? I don't believe Amanda will raise her price independent of the Chinese who currently account for 47% of all of Lynas output in 2016. As the writer in investorpov.com wrote a week or two ago, Lynas may be the middleman REO manufacturer for and controlled by China. China wasn't allowed to buy Mt Weld so it took control based on REO pricing.
