He is a negotiator and he wants to negotiate from a position of strength, and sometimes that comes when you hint, what you want out of the deal in the end. He is posturing, to get countries, companies to start looking at potential deals as to how to appease or compromise. Much like the bluster about the doom and gloom of the stock market collapse if he was elected, that was (so far) overblown...now the new rhetoric and narrative begins. We should wait until his first day, week and month in office to guage where to from here.
