The key thing that attracted me to WTR is its tight capital structure (80% held by top 20 includin Boulle group of companies) and ASX: MDL's involvement. MDL took a stake of 15% at 28c very recently. Therefore a potential takeover target!!!
These guys are looking at being in production late 2013, beginning 2014 and will start construction end of this year.
They just got their most significant milestone yet mining license so even though asset in Madagascar asset now significantly de-risked.
Director was buying on mkt c.$100,000 worth at 32-34 cents as late as May.
