"The regulation process to restart a Vanadium mine in conjunction with ablation technology would be much quicker, when compared to mining uranium, slick239."

How so, buc? WUC would mine carnotite, which contains both vanadium and uranium. Running the ore through an ablation machine would process/concentrate both. The resulting wastes would be 11e.(2) byproduct material. Therefore, a uranium milling radioactive material license would still be required by the State of Colorado.

The permitting process could actually be longer since WUC would need approvals for both uranium milling (ablation) as well as vanadium pentoxide and possibly ferro vanadium circuits.

The WUC announcement seems less about permitting time/cost and more about the current vanadium price.

The $120k payment for the oil and gas lease will be a short-term boost to cash flow.
