    It's time !!!!

    We (BLR) either go cap in hand and beg, borrow or steal the money to start production, NOW.

    Or we (BLR) hand everything over to WUC and let them get on with the job.
    No one else seems interested.

    Nothing is happening at BLR. Only have three employees, so why do they need three employees?

    IT'S TIME, TO DO SOMETHING !!!!!!!!
