WUC's March 2017 investor presentation touts ablation as "a proven technology that improves the mining efficiency of sandstone hosted uranium deposits, lowers waste generation, and reduces costs."
http://www.blackrangeminerals.com/corporate-presentation/WUC_CorporatePresentation_March_2017.pdf
But WUC's June 2, 2017 letter to the USNRC is more circumspect:
"It is WUC's intent to obtain an R&D license of limited scope and timeframe from NRC Staff for the sole purpose of proving out its ablation technology by gathering substantive data and other information to demonstrate that it can operate on a commercial scale and produces environmentally benign mine waste."

If ablation still needs to be proved out, Mr. Glasier and WUC are misrepresenting the technology to investors. This could potentially be a violation of Canadian and US securities regulations.
