Just wondering if anyone can give me the quick lowdown on what happened with BLR

My friend bought a few stocks a few years ago(one of them BLR), he asked me to have a look at what he had invested in(on the advice of one of his other friends lol) and I see BLR in the list in his 2014 and 2015 summary and then gone for 2016.

From a quick look all I managed to find out was that BLR was delisted on 18/9/2015, but to save me going through all the old BLR threads I'm wondering if someone can fill me in on whether they just went broke, or RTO, or what?
